Deep Blue Wins 2006-2007 WTHL Women's B Championships
Deep Blue repeats as champions of the Women's B Division by defeating Emigre in 2 games in the best of three series.
Our 2006-2007 season was a challenge as we had to deal with several injuries, losing key players for various parts of the season and having a change in team personnel part way through the season. Nevertheless, Deep Blue remained committed to having fun and playing hard. A team trip to Regina and the second annual Deep Blue Poker Party helped us gear up for the last few weeks of the season.
Congratulations Deep Blue for finishing the year off strong and in style. Orange has been good to us!
Next up.....Deep Blue camping trip, Deep Blue pool party, Deep Blue Bomber game etc. Sigh, no rest in the off season.
