Mustang Stampede
In facing some of the stiffest competition to date the Spirits proved up to the task, making the finals once again. After winning a long and well played semi against Atlanta Fire (double OT PK shootout 4-2). The Spirits played what looked like an even longer final, 0-0 after regulation both teams having their chances it went to overtime. The Spirits had the first real chance in OT, but after a great play by the Eclipse Select North goalie the Eclipse had theirs and finished it. Second place against some great teams good job girls
Rage College Showcase
The Spirits had 3 wins against 1 loss against some good competition. Finishing third in points, but beating the team with the most points, a very good Riverside Renegades team from Colorado. If the top teams from each side faced off this game was it, go figure.
Portland Cup Champs
Spirits win Portland Cup with a stingy defense and a good offense. The defense gave up no goals and not to many shots on and the offense scored 13 goals in 4 games proving to be more than enough.
San Juan Second at Cal Cup
Spirits find themselves in yet another final, but come up short against a good Lamorinda team 3-1. The Spirits got a little redemption beating Cal Rush 4-0 in the Semis(Cal Rush being the team San Juan lost to in PK's at the US Club Regionals)

San Juan loses a tough one after out shooting their opponent they came up tied 1-1 after double OT.San Juan loses in the PK shootout, always a tough way to lose a well played match
Spirits Win in Cerritos Spirits are off to a great start as they take 1st in the Cerritos Memorial Challenge Cup. The weather was nearly as good as the soccer played by the Spirits. The girls went 4-0 by using a suffocating team defense allowing only 1 goal in the four games and keeping shots on goal to a minimum. The offense played well also, scoring 8 goals in four games and clicking on all seven cylinders. Wait until number eight kicks in.
