These rules also apply to teams for which TGSA is hosting events.

The press box is off limits as a general rule to all except TGSA personnel, umpires and coaches. If TGSA is hosting your event and you are planning on a hospitality tent, you need to plan your own tent / generator / etc. that may be placed next to the lower-level parking lot. No unsupervised children are allowed in the pressbox. Scoreboards will be operated from outdoor connections behind the backstops. |

Tents may not be placed in any way that interferes with vehicular access to the fields for maintenance purposes or removal of balls from the safety nets. The areas in front of the large gates on each field must be kept clear for field maintenance access. No tents will be allowed in common area thoroughfares or directly behind the backstops. The only place that tents may be placed in the area extending from the dugouts to the pressbox is over the bleachers. Tents may be placed next to the outfield fences past the dugouts (except for right-field side of Field 4 - no tents there) or over the bleachers. |

Hitting nets must be setup outside of the field. No drills that involve hitting into fences or backstops are allowed. No nets or hitting drills on the outfield turf (fair or foul territory). |

No pitching warm-up on the outfield turf (fair or foul territory). |

No warm-up in the common areas outside the fields from the dugouts in. |

Do not tie anything to the fences or trees without the express permission of TGSA. |

Dugout air conditioners are not allowed. |

Absolutely no wall ball against dugouts, the pressbox, or maintenance buildings. We are not baby sitters. Keep your non-playing children under control. |

Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Designated smoking areas are located near the outfield fence corners of the fields (Field 4 - RF, Field 3 - LF, Field 2 - RF, Field 1 - RF). Smoking is NOT allowed in the bleachers or common areas. |

Ice for team or individual coolers cannot be provided. All ice making capacity is dedicated to the concession stand and to dugout coolers. |

Use of soccer fields or boys' baseball fields for warmup / practice is strictly prohibited unless prior arrangements have been made through the TGSA President and the Presidents of the other associations. |
