WHERE ARE ALL THE SOPHOMORES?(and all others)
I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of incoming sophomores we had out for spring football but where have they disappeared to? We have been working hard in the weight room without them. If we are to rebuild the program, we cannot do it with a lack of commitment and sacrifice. We need everyone at the workouts working together, build chemistry and getting to know their teammates. We play in a tough conference. We need the time in the weight room and on the field to give ourselves the opportunity to compete. Because we are in are rebuilding process, it is imperative that we out work our opponents. This is the time to do just that. We need you! Get back into the weight room at let's get going!

Summer Information
Kang Players and Parents:
It’s hard to believe, but the 2009 Spring Football season is over. Summer workouts are underway, and Fall practices will be here before we know it.
As President of the LW Gridiron Booster Club, I am asking for everyone’s help. Today’s topic is a Summer Player Participation Fee. This money is used to cover costs incurred by the team when school is not in session. These costs include fees paid to attend the Spring Interlake HS Football Jamboree and the Juanita scrimmage; to pay Coaches’ stipends; to provide 2-a-day practice meals in August; plus other off season training costs. This spring we have also purchased new practice jerseys and some new shoulders pads for the team.
The Gridiron Club board members understand that today’s economic climate is not the best, but the Kang Football Team needs your help. We are asking for a $50.00 fee this year to help cover some of these expenses. Please support this year’s team. . (In past years, the club has requested a $100 fee per player.) Your check can be mailed to the Kang Gridiron Club at P.O. Box 6083, Bellevue, WA 98008 or you can pay by credit card through PayPal by clicking on the "Kang PayPal" tab above. Players will receive a Kang t-shirt and shorts when payment is received.
