July 2 - MONTHLY BOARD MEETING TONIGHT - Parents Welcome -
*  ALL SPIRITLINE PARENTS -  The Spiritline Board Members and any interested Spiritline parents are invited  to attend the monthly Board meeting.  Meeting begins at 6:30 pm.  See the Schedule calendar for directions and more details!

 Our Varsity & Junior Varsity lines enjoyed their stay at the United Cheerleaders Association Summer Camp held this week at the Arizona Grand Resort.

PHYSICALS & ATHLETIC FORM INFO - Parents look for these handouts -  
*  ALL SPIRITLINE PARENTS - The Coaches have sent paperwork home. Please check your girls' binders for these:
1. The blue PVUSD book - Parent & Athlete Informed Consent, Code of Conduct, and Random Drug Testing Handbook. 
    Review this book with your Spiritline member.  Have her keep this in her binder for easy reference.

2. PVUSD Goldenrod Emergency Care Consent card - please fill this out,  make a copy and place in your daughter's binder and return the original, with signatures to the coach.

3. All Spiritline members must have an A.I.A. physical on file with the Athletic Director's office. The physical must be done after March 1st this year to be used for next year and also must be signed by a medical doctor.  Attached here is a link for the required PVUSD Athletic Dept. TAX CREDIT INFO -   Use for Camp, Competitions and more -
*  ALL SPIRITLINE PARENTS -  Spiritline Treasurer Carolyn Strandberg says:
 "Attached please find a letter outlining the process to utilize tax credit money for Cheer or Pom camp. Please know that if you wish to use tax credit money moving forward and already have paid for camp, you may still use tax credit moneys for future competitions and travel.  Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to e-mail me."   Reach Carolyn at: ccstrandberg@q.com
