The Waco Thunder finished up the 2009 Season 5-5 after a 1-4 record at midseason. With a 4-1 record the 2nd half of the season The Thunder climbed into the playoffs as the 8th and final seed to take on #1 (10-0) Edinburgh Landsharks. The Thunder traveled 400 miles with only 20 players able to make the trip, fought hard but came up short 28-7. We would like to thank all the Players and Fans that stuck it out with all we had to go through this season.
