RuggedRX Fitness and South Shore Sportfighting, the 5x New England MMA School of the year, bring you The RRX/SSSF Kids 8 Week Fall Session
Kids ages 7-12 will have class options six days per week.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday sessions will be held at RRX in Hanover at The University Sports Complex , 645 Washington Street from 4 pm to 5 pm.
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday sessions will be held at SSSF in Norwell, 104 Longwater Drive. Tuesday and Thursday classes are from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm and Saturday class is from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.

TRAINING @ RRX:
At RuggedRX kids will train in functional fitness methods for building strength and endurance as well as aspects of self-defense including boxing and grappling.
RRX exposes kids to numerous types of sport, exercise and movements in order to develop well rounded athleticism. Learning proper athletic movement patterns and developing a solid foundation of core strength and stability at a young age is vital to success and longevity in athletics and more importantly, overall health and well being.
We strive to give kids an appreciation for health, fitness and a physical lifestyle through fun and challenging workouts that strengthen both mind and body.
TRAINING @ SSSF:
Five time New England MMA School of the Year, South Shore Sportfighting is home to one of the longest running (15 years) and most successful kids mixed martial arts programs in New England.
Kids will learn the SSSF style of MMA including aspects of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, wrestling and judo.
