The National Adult Baseball Association main office provides us with a general set of rules and guidelines that they allow us to alter locally. This gives us great flexibility and really allows us to shape these rules around our managers and players concerns. This is normally done at one of our winter managers meeting where each team has a representative to give their thoughts, ideas or concerns on rule changes or new rules we may add. Each team may have 1 rep at these meetings allowing all of our teams to have equal input on important situations. Over the past 15 years we have changed and added rules to benefit our players and give them the best possible experience on the field.
