Try-outs coming up soon!

The varsity played a whale of a game against Thorton and won going away 80-44.  As has been the case we got off to a good start and never looked back.  The defense was outstanding forcing numerous turnovers and the offense was good again.  We shot 15/24 from 2s and 14/26 from 3s, it doesn't get much better than that.  We had 5 boys in double figures with Andre Rieder scoring 14 (and 13 rebounds), Riley Grabau also with 14 (and 8 assists), Min Sung with 15 (5 treys), Drew Noolas with 11 and Johnoy Albert with 10 (5 for 5 from the field).  This sets up a big game Tuesday night at Rocky Mountain.  It's getting real fun, the boys are terrific.

The JV team defeated Thornton 55-36. Jonah Charnick finally had his break out game to lead us with 17 pts. Eric Rothweiler added 10 and LJ Reeves and Jack Huettel both added 6.

After a slow start to Friday's game vs Thornton, the sophomore boys pulled away for the victory.  As has been the case throughout the season a couple of guys really stepped up and put the team on their shoulders.  This time it was Ian Kelly and RJ Lampert.  With Kelly going off from deep and Lampert hustling all over the court, these two really gave us the energy that we lacked at the beginning of the game.  Kelly finished with 18 points (six 3's) and had a couple more that just rimmed out.  Lampert reached double digits for the first time this year and finished with 10 points, but his hustle and defensive grit/determination are what really helped propel the team to victory.  Nice Job fellas, big one vs Rocky Mountain coming up on Tuesday.

The freshman gave it there best shot tonight at Thorton and came up 8 points shy of there 3rd win of the year. AB Austin Blessing led the way with 7 points and  Eastin Pessing added 6. The boys will give it anther try Tuesday at Rocky Mountain High School at 5:15pm.
