Registration for Team Extreme is now open.  Click on the registration tab above.  A parent letter was sent to parent emails on file.  If you did not receive the email please contact Lisa Davis at lisakdavis@comcast.net.  Please register by September 15 so rosters can be sent to tournament officials.  Thank you!!  Also, this will be the only opportunity to order a Team Extreme sweatshirt.

Important info for players:
 LIFTING: Only players participating in Football, Soccer and Hockey are excused from team lifting. ( Hayes, Surunis, Rusch, Benton, Render, Denardo, Andrew, Jameyson and Sestokas)

-Lifting from now on will be 6:00 to 7:30PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. 

-All players will be fully equipped and stretched with the goals from under the bleachers ready to go for 8:00 sharp. **Seniors are expected to be leaders and ensure this happens.**

-Sept 14th will mark the start of Tuesday Village Green practices from 3:30-5:30pm weekly. A second day will be added in October to account for lack of Stadium availability.


-Upcoming times for Stadium use for Off-Season Conditioning:
Mondays & Thursdays: 
8/26, 9/2, 9/21 & 9/28 8:00 – 10:00 p.m
Sunday, Sept. 12th 4:00 –6:00pm
Sundays, Oct. 10, 17, 24, & 31st 4:00 – 6:00 p.m
10/12 & 10/21 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

TEAM EXTREME UPDATES:

The Seneca Valley Pumpkin tournament is being held this fall on Sunday, October 10th 2010.  Keep it in mind for future scheduling. 

Washington and Jefferson Tournament- October 24, 2010

The Cardinal Fall Classic in Wheeling, WV is being held this fall on Sunday, November 7th.  Please save the date!
