Carlmont Gets Ready For Another PAL Campaign

Although the weather isn't very "spring like" the carlmont football team is busy preparing for the upcoming 2012 Football season with it's spring workouts.  All of the football players not involved in a spring sport are currently working out 4 days in week in preperation for the fall season.  "Not only is this a good opportunity for our players to get stronger and in overall better shape, it is an opportunity for the players to build commradery  with each other and the coaches says head coach Jason Selli."

Currently the workouts consist of a combination of core body workouts, weight training, agility, speed and power exercises.

If you are interested in playing football it is not too late to start working out.   " It's never to late to begin prepering the fall season." I know students are busy with the demands of school and other sports so we are workouts are designed to short and effective" says coach Selli.
