Testimonials:
Training with Altitude Peak Fitness was not only so much fun (the workouts, the instructors, and the new friends you make), but it was a challenge. I felt as though I got back to being an athlete. After having played competitive sports my entire life, and having played a D1 sport in college, I was always used to training with a team. After college, and not having that team with which to train, I was burnt out and bored working out alone. I never wanted to go to the gym.  I heard about Altitude Peak Fitness from a teammate and she was raving about the instructors and the workouts, so I decided it was time I get back to my strong self.  I jumped into the 6-week boot camp halfway through, but even with 3 weeks of boot camp I was whipped into shape. My speed, stamina, and endurance were noticeably stronger at my tennis matches and lacrosse games
Each morning, you want to show up to boot camp because you don’t want to let down your “team,” as you are all there together to get strong and fit.  I can only imagine what the 6 weeks, let alone a year membership, would do to my body and my self-esteem! I look forward to the next boot camp.
