Why Junior “C” should not be underestimated

Even though his background is Junior “C”, 20-year-old forward Andrew Newell got a chance in training camp of the Ottawa Junior “A” Senators before the beginning of the 2009-10 season (last season he played with our very own Cumberland Bandits).
Now almost a third of the way into the season, Adam leads the Senators in scoring with 13 goals and 27 points and is drawing interest from universities.
Way to go Andrew!
