1st Game Glory

     

     The first game nervres  were gone early as the Predators settled in to a passing rythem and sored to an  early 5-0 half time lead.  The game was exciting to watch as the team played together and tried to work together as a collective unit.  The scoring came from all areas and all off of great passes.  The shots on goal were the tellng factor in the score of the game with the Predators shooting 15 times and Simi Valley only taking 4 shots.  If any thing  was learned in the 6-2 win by the Predators is they can not just sit back on a lead they need to play untill the final whistle.    Since no extra points will be awarded for shut  outs the Predators will not lose any ground by giving up two late goals.  Coach David said"It was great to see all the hard work come together and see the team preform as he knows that they are capable of."
     The next challenge is against Agoura who is historically a good match.  With the Predators playing the way they did in week one this should be an epic battle and prove just how good both teams are early in the season.
