Early Bird  March 7 2025 - March 21, 2025 $205

Reg. fee : March 22, 2025 - April 5, 2024 $215

Late fee: (returning players) April 5 2025, -  $245

- All game scores and who UMPIRED the PLATE AND BASES OF EACH GAME are to be reported by text message to Gabe Beaudry @ 613-291-5080 by the team captain or representative of the winning team within 48 hours of the game. 

- Please be sure to show up to your games 15-20 mins before game time, so that games can start on schedule. 
 
- If you are not able to play your scheduled ball game, please notify your team captain ASAP so he/she can make arrangements to find a spare player to play. Don't make your team forfeit for not making a simple call or email.

- Home field teams are responsible for setting up the bases and chalking the lines prior to game time.  Team Captain and players on the home team show-up early so there is no delay in starting the game on time.  
 
- If an umpire is late showing up, or does not show up at all, the onus is on the team captains to promptly notify the Umpire Scheduler
