The PC Diamond Jaxx Will Expand in 2011 !!!

Here is your opportunity to become part of a highly successful select baseball program.  In August the Diamond Jaxx will hold Tryouts to complete rosters for 3 teams.  The Jaxx will form 11U, 13U and 16U teams that will compete in a combination of local and travel tournaments as well as local select league and independant games.  All 3 teams are looking to add talented players to already competitive rosters.  The teams will train at the Diamond Sports Training Center in Sumner.  This is one of the nicest facilities in the northwest and is now the home of the JAXX!

16U Head Coach - Joey Swanson.  Asst Coaches - Dustin Ibarra, Braden Edwards and Bo Carpenter.

13U Head Coach - Chad Littleton

11U Head Coach - Brian Jacobus

 

 

 

 

 

Indoor workouts at Diamond Sports Training Center will be held on August 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st.  6pm for 11u and 13u and 7:30pm for 16u.

Jaxx take 2nd at Summer Knights tournament in Federal Way July 21-25th

The Diamond Jaxx played 6 games and went 4-2 for the tournament.  Great work Diamond Jaxx!

PC Diamond Jaxx Win BPA 15U STATE CHAMPIONSHIP!

July 17-18 at Heidelberg 

 

The Jaxx earn 3 tough wins on Sunday and go 4-1 for the tournament to take home the title.  Bracket play started with an 8am date with the Puyallup Knights and, as usual, it was a very competitive and well played game.  The Jaxx pull it out 3-1 to advance to the semi.  For the second tournament in a row the Jaxx were faced with a championship match up with the Stampede, this time however, the DJaxx crush the baseball and prevail in a 6-1 victory to win the tournament.  Jaxx - Congratulations on winning the BPA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP!!!

15U Diamond Jaxx Take 2nd at Triple Crown 4th of July Tournament

The Diamond Jaxx win 6 of 7 and fall just 2 runs short of winning the Championship in one of the most memorable tournament performances in Jaxx history.  In 7 games the Diamond Jaxx managed to hit 4 GRAND SLAMS and turn a TRIPLE PLAY!!! On top of that the Diamond Jaxx turned in one of their best come-back performances in overcoming an early 9 run deficit by scoring 8 runs in the bottom of the 7th to win their last pool play game 11-10!  Despite dropping the Championship game 2-0 in a tough battle with the Stampede, the Jaxx turned in their best tournament performance to date.  Awesome job Diamond Jaxx!

PC DIAMOND JAXX WIN 16U BOOMBAH WINNER TAKE ALL TOURNAMENT!!!  June 12 - 13

 

The Jaxx played great baseball all weekend in a 5 win no loss effort in the Boombah tournament!  The Jaxx were the only 15U team in a 16U field and found a way to come out on top in all 5 outings including a hard fought, come from behind 6 - 4 victory over the 16U Washington Senators in the Championship Game.  The Diamond Jaxx never quit attitude wins a championship!  Awesome weekend Jaxx - way to battle!!!
