Women on Weights
Women on Weights is a training program that meets twice a week for 10 weeks. The program is for women who want to get fit and 2who are new to weight training. Each participant will start off with a fitness assessment in order to track their goals. Everyone involved will also chart and keep track of their eating plans. You will leave the program with a personalized fitness program that is tailored to your individual goals and needs.

Small group personal training program for women. Available to all fitness levels. Class size limited to 10 individuals.
