2012 Online Pre-registration Re-opened

Online pre-registration in anticipation of limited re-opening of registration at certain levels for the Fall 2012 season is now underway. Registration will likely re-open at the following age/weight levels:

- Jr. Mitey Mite (ages 7-8, 45-75 pounds),

- Mitey Mite (ages 7-9, 45-90 pounds), and

- Jr. Pee Wee (ages 8-9-10, 60-105 pounds or age 11, 60-85 pounds)

An additional registration date will be scheduled by the Player Agent. All are subject to a vote of the LCCPW Board of Directors.

LCCPW is also accepting pre-registration for Pee Wee, Jr. Midget and Midget divisions, but actual registration will depend on coach availability and overall registration numbers at each age/weight division. The LCCPW Board will evaluate pre-registration numbers PRIOR to re-opening those divisions for registration. Those interested in participating should sign-up online ASAP.

For those who did not register in time but are still interested in signing up, please do the following:

1) Notify the Player Agent by email at PlayerAgent@lccpw.org that you have missed Registration and are interested in signing up. The Player Agent will assemble a waiting list so the Board can gauge interest at specific levels.

2) Pre-register online, but DO NOT pay the registration fee online. Paying does not assure registration. There are strict rules that govern who is registered. If anyone pays but ends up being wait-listed, they will have their money refunded until/unless they move from the wait-list to a team.

3) If LCCPW opens registration for an age/weight division, it will be based solely on priority number based on IN-PERSON registration. If the Board opens registration, a new in-person registration date will be announced via email and on the website. Pre-registering online assure LCCPW has a current email address.

Participation in all Pop Warner programs is determined solely by priority number in compliance with Palomar Conference and National Pop Warner policy. Priority numbers are not issued until In-Person Registration has been completed.

Online Pre-Registration

To pre-register online, follow the link below.

[LCCPW 2012 FOOTBALL AND CHEER PRE-REGISTRATION]

You are not required to pay at pre-registeration. If you do pay, the participant is not considered to be officially registered - that is, receiving a priority number - until the parent/guardian attends in-person registration.

When the online pre-registration is completed, print out all forms and be prepared to bring them to the In-Person Registration.

The Pop Warner football and cheer season begins Wed., August 1. The Fall tackle football and competitive cheer seasons run until mid-November, although teams advancing to regional and national playoffs, or participating in post-season invitationals, can compete into early December. The flag football and flag cheer seasons end in mid-October. Some competitive cheer programs compete in non-Pop Warner events through February.
