5:45 The doors will open

6:30 We will start the scrimmage with a group warm-up. We will then split the group into 2, the novice Kids will wrestle on Mats 3 & 4 and the more experienced Kids will wrestle on 1 & 2. We will use the same format; live takedowns-winner stays in, max of 3-live top and bottom, winner stays in with choice, max of 3.

7:00 Break

7:10 We will wrestle a secound round and finish up with group cals

7:40 Conclude
