all players must sign and turn in the liability form found above.  All captains must screen players and ensure that they are 18 or older and have signed and turned in this form BEFORE they play their first game.  Any team with players who do not qualify cannot play those players.  It falls on the captains to guarantee the players on each of your teams as the league does not know the faces of each of us.

FEES 

THE COST PER TEAM WILL BE $1250 AND WE ARE REGISTERED WITH FOOTBALL NEW BRUNSWICK WHICH COMES WITH INSURANCE FOR THE YEAR...WE COLLECT AN ADDITIONAL 15 BUCKS PER PLAYER, separate from the dome fees, AND WE ALL HAVE HEALTH COVERAGE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR AND ANY OTHER SANCTIONED FLAG FOOTBALL YOU MAY PLAY.  WE WILL NOT BE CHARGED AGAIN UNTIL JAN. OF 2012 FOR 2012
THIS IS MANDATORY AS IT IS ALSO NECESSARY FOR LIABILITY PURPOSES, IN OTHER WORDS NO PAY = NO PLAY = NO EXCEPTIONS GUYS AS WE JUST CANT TAKE THE RISK!

$_700_ is due week 1 and the remaining $_550_ is due by week 4.
So $_1250_/team for a total of _14_ weeks.

 

 Individual players are welcome to join and register - we will do our best to find a spot for you on a team or form a team if there are enough individuals looking to play.
