 2007 Thanks to all of our parents and coaches for spending so much time taking us to practices, league matches, and feeding us at Pasta Nights. Special thanks to the new friends we made at all of our matches. We appreciate all of the games you played with us. Coach Wrage: Thanks for supporting us by emphasizing the importance of Academics FIRST! We're getting into a lot of awesome universities because you told us that our "schoolwork comes first, tennis after"!

      Pasta Night Pasta nights began on Wed August 19th. Secret Sister Please continue to surprise your secret sister. Have fun with it! Just because our wonderful season is almost over, does not mean that you stop being a secret sister! Uniforms- We will be using the same style this coming year. Please take care of your uniforms!
Games: Games began Sept. 8. Thanks to everyone for a great season! BANQUET: Save the Date: The Annual Tennis Banquet will be held on Friday November 20th at 6:00 pm; Checks are made payable to the Mt. Carmel Athletic Foundation. June 2010 Please plan on attending the Athletic Awards banquet at Mt. Carmel during the first week of June. The Tennis Awards for the year will be distributed. High School Physicals: June 2010-Mt. Carmel will be conducting physicals for all of the sports. Please ask Ms. Uribe for more information in May, 2010. You MUST have a current ticket-to play in the Athletic Director's office for the 2009-2010 year to practice on August 17. No TICKET-no practice-NO EXCEPTIONS-PER POWAY USD. Your tennis bag should always contain:1. 36 to 40 ounces of water 2 A couple of power bars 3. sunscreen (spray-on)
4. good shoes with good tread on the bottom 5. newer strings in your racquets 6. overgrips 7. EmergenC (see Coach Wrage) 8. A 2nd racquet in case your strings break during tournament play.
