Eagle
River Parks
& Rec Meeting—Update
What:  Update from January 11th Meeting
Parks & Rec. has $7.9 million dollars allocated to do an expansion on the MAC.  John Rodda has collected tons of information  and architectural plans.  The three options being considered are:
1) Full size enclosed additional sheet of ice
2) Full sheet of ice with a cover, but not enclosed
3) Indoor turf for soccer and day use for Mom's groups and other recreational users
They are collecting cost estimates on all three options.  By the April Parks & Rec. Meeting they should have all the cost information and will make a decision on the next step.
