After a mercy-rule loss to the Skyline, the Rays fought back in game 2 to come away with a 7-6 win in an amazing display of heart and perseverance. Thanks to great defense from everyone, and strong innings on the mound from Angel and Nico, we proved that we're a team that never gives up. Unfortunately, in the most painfully ironic fashion, the next day we were forced to forfeit against the Angels due to lack of players.

This weekend we square off against the league-leading Mudhens in a pair of games that will truly test us as a team. Let's show this league that the Rays are never going to back down.
