Sessions generally 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. (Some sessions 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. - See Skate Times Page for Details.)

Affordable: $195.00 including skate rental.

CONGRATULATIONS SCOTT:

Scott and his family have entered the ING Speed Skating Challenge by submitting a video about Scott's experience in the Oakville Speed Skating Club and Scott's hopes and dreams at competing at the Special Olympics.

Scott's video WON the ING Speed Skating Challenge. His video won over many video's submitted from across Canada.

We Feel the Need for Speed!

Welcome to Oakville Speed Skating Club (the "Oakville Speedsters!")

We are located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada and skate at the River Oaks Recreation Centre on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and Saturday afternoons.

The Club offers individuals from 4 to 70 who "feel the need for speed" 4 diverse & affordable programs: Competitive, Recreational, Learn To Speed Skate, and an Adult Program with integrated Special Olympians.

To provide speed skating skills and training to people of all ages. We do this with respect and consideration of the needs of our skaters, whether recreational or competitive.

Skating sessions are run in a manner to ensure everyone reaches their optimal goals.
