We Feel the Need for Speed!

Welcome to Oakville Speed Skating Club


HOME OF THE "OAKVILLE SPEEDSTERS" and the "OAKVILLE SHORT TRACK RACING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM" - Commencing October 2011.

We are located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada and skate at the River Oaks Recreation Centre on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and Sunday afternoons.

The Club offers individuals from 6 to 75 who "feel the need for speed" 3 diverse & affordable programs:  Competitive, Recreational, and an Adult Program with integrated Special Olympians.

To provide speed skating skills and training to people of all ages.  We do this with respect and consideration of the needs of our skaters, whether recreational or competitive.

Skating sessions are run in a manner to ensure everyone reaches their optimal goals.
