The Aftershock is compiled with some of the best amateur players in the Los Angeles and Orange County area. Every player on the roster has played competitive baseball, either at the the college, independent or minor league level. The Aftershock's inaugural season, in 2007, brought home an SPLB Championship. A transition into the PCBL caused for a slow start out of the gates, but with a late season push, we were able to bring in another Championship. The fall season of the PCBL brought forth a merger of the Los Angeles & the OC Leagues. It presented some great competition and some exciting finishes. Our 3rd championship was earned after a hard fought game against the Barracuda's at Storm Stadium. Teddy Heater & Dusty Gober skipper this dynamic team, which combines a potent offense along side dominating pitching. Look for Chris Hill, Dusty Gober & Chris Goodenough to continue their pitching excellence. Newcomers Jake McCormick, Johnny Kaplan, Aljay Davis, Chance Vega and Joel Needham are expected to have an immediate impact in combination with an already potent offense comprised of veterans like: Alex Anquiano, Josh Salo, Julio Morales, Josh Banda, Johnathan Arana, Kevin Patrick Corbin Lack and the ever elusive Bash Brothers Izzy & Raymond Perez. The expectations are high, but the AFTERSHOCK are working towards an undefeated season and putting another trophy on the shelf.
