There is still time to purchase Modesto Nuts tickets for $5 a piece for the April 9th game. The coaches and teams will be able to go on the field, we have been the last couple of years and the kids all seem to have fun.  Looking forward to seeing you all there. 

We will resume practice again soon, once all this games (5 in the 1st 8 days) start to spread out.  Our hitting seems to be improving but we need some practice in our fielding and where to throw the ball.

Also, pictures, pictures pictures. I will get them up on the website once I figure it out. Apparently the picture resolution is too high and I have to figure out how to reduce their setting for web use. 

I am enjoying this season a great deal and love to see all the smiling faces on the childrens faces. See you all on Saturday.

Dont forget that our snack bar date is scheduled for April 21st unless we come up with the $100 fee, as of today only 2 children have turned in their $10 fee.  Please see Coach Jamie or myself or Team Mom Rachel to turn in your $10.



Welcome parents and players to the 2009 Riverbank T-Ball Season. I hope all of you are as excited as I am to get the season started. This is my first year coaching so I hope all will bare with me as I am sure there will be a few hiccups along the way. I am always open to your thoughts and ideas so please feel free to come to me before or after practice as well as contact by email or phone. I have a couple of objectives I hope to accomplish this year and that is to teach the basic fundamentals to our children. Second I want baseball to be fun. I want to instill in them the want to continue playing this great game of baseball for years to come. With your help along with my fellow coaches I am sure we can accomplish this.

I will still keep in contact with you by phone as well as our meetings at practice but I felt this website will also help us out with updates and league news. So feel free to check out the website. Schedule dates, times & location. About us is just a brief description about my family and check out the bulletin board for league news & information such as Picture Day, Opening Ceremonies, Modesto Nut Night etc.
