-Each player receives a shirt and a hat

-All players at all levels will wear white pants for practice and games

Navy socks

Navy belt

Pants, socks, and belt not provided

Players are to always be fully dressed for practice unless advised otherwise

-AAU Insurance

Instructions will go up on the website step by step how to obtain the AAU insurance

Attendance

-This is winter baseball not the regular season but the expectation is that all players have as close to 100% attendance as possible. Rain will cause us to lose a lot of time. Does every year. 

-The REMIND app and text message will be how we communicate last minute changes to the schedule 

-Players communicate not parents 

-We want to get in the habit of making doctor appts and things like that outside of baseball hours as best we can. SPRING season it's a must. 

-If your player plans to play in the Spring, vacation plans need NOT be made for Spring Break. Baseball plays both weeks. Missing two weeks of baseball directly effects the team. The players play under a contract in the Spring. 

-Coaches will never under any circumstances talk playing time with parents

 

-WE NEED VOLUNTEERS IN SPRING

-All levels need an active every game -GameChanger

-Varsity and JV need an every game parent to operate our new scoreboard

-Varsity and JV need someone to play music and announce 

-Your student athletes experience is maximized thru the help of volunteers

-Varsity Senior parents I will need help organizing and making Senior night as nice as possible. 

-Varsity parents I need help every year organizing our banquet at Steele Canyon Golf Course

-I also need help organizing jv and freshman banquets

I ask you to think about how you can help now so that I can plug you into a role come the Spring season.

 

- Please email Coach Evans if you know anyone in a trade that can help with any of our current projects. 
- Replacement shade tarps and additional shade behind home plate 

- Paint dugouts and inside locker room

- Sod struggling sections of grass

- Press Box

- Additional Lighting
