Thank you to everyone involved in the St. Louis Women's Hockey League! This league is for us to mingle, have fun, and improve our skills. The STLWHL is open to all women 18+ years old and of any skill level.

Here are a few notes to keep in mind:

• None of us are professionals.  Please act accordingly on the ice to maintain the essence of sportsmanship.
• All the teams are comprised of players at different levels.  Please respect everyone's desire to want to play.  
• Remember that this is for fun.  Everyone makes mistakes and no one (including the referee) deserves to be yelled at for any reason.
• We ask that the stronger skaters play hard against similar skilled players and allow some time for the newer skaters to skate with and handle the puck. This is not about who can score the most goals.
