She wants to make friends; she wants to have fun; she wants to be challenged; she wants to learn; she wants to compete; she wants to be the best player she can be; she wants to be treated fairly and with respect; she wants the best coaching she can get; she wants her parents to come and watch her and be proud of her efforts; she wants to please her coach; she doesn't want to let her teammates down; she wants to laugh and giggle; she wants to set up play dates and sleepovers with her teammates; she wants to go to team parties;
