Total Softball is an indoor softball training facility located in the heart of Birmingham, Alabama (Homewood). This facility is for fast pitch softball training only and designed with the female athlete in mind.  Our facility is Air Conditioned and Heated year round to provide the best possible training conditions for nearly 200 athletes a week who receive personalized training from one of our "Instructors" .  We offer five indoor pitching lanes and two self fed pitching machine lanes which utilize the "single wheeled” and “Twin Spin” Pitching Machines plus a coin operated "Iron Mike" pitching machine.   All machines can throw real softballs (prefered) or dimpled machine balls.  We have a large LCD Projection TV Screen for all major sporting events, a Club House with a seperate T.V. sitting room for everyone (especially the future athletes) while waiting during private instruction or team workouts, and we provide FREE wireless internet access for those waiting.  We also have available "Dartfish" video training software to analyze pitching and hitting.

Our facility also contains an 80' x 100' indoor infield with a padded astro-turf surface allowing individuals or teams to field ground balls. We offer three tee stations set up allowing for tee work and soft toss. Several different types of training bats are available.   We also offer access to a weight room designed for baseball/softball players.

Total Softball offers "Private Instruction" in all facets of the game. All instruction is one-on-one unless otherwise requested. Team instruction is available upon request as well as is speed training and weight conditioning.
