As our season is winding down we want to reflect on our season that brought us to winning the NCWLL championship and to entering the National Tournament for the third consecutive year as a team in the top 16 in the nation.  It has been a great season with unexpected surprises like snow during our trip to Georgia and more snow at our home tournament, forcing us to shovel the field by hand, but all turned out and we pulled through.

After graduating 13 seniors last year and entering the 2009 season with 22 underclassmen and only 9 upperclassmen and graduate students, we did not know how the spring was going to pan out.  With our energy on and off the field and hard work we pulled out a great season by being competitive on a national level.

We would like to thank everyone who make what we do possible, from our parents, coaching staff, fellow players and all of those individuals who donated time and money to our team.  We look forward to a great 2010 season and are very excited to work hard and play like champions.
