13 KNIGHTS REPRESENTED IN ALL-STAR GAME!!!
The Oregon Football League all star team defeated the Washington Football League all stars this past Saturday in Wenatchee WA. 21-13. The Knights had a league high 13 players represented for the Oregon League in the game. The OFL was led by Knights QB Robin Kneble who answered the call on the Oregon team's first possession after the Washington team drove 80 yard to score on their first possession. Kneble connected on a 26 yard TD pass to Vancouver Viper's WR. Andrew Johnson for the OFL's first score (ext pt no good, bobbled hold). Kneble then connected on a 80 yd pass play to Klamath Falls WR. Sergio Jefferson for another OFL score, 2pt conversion was good on a Kneble to Springfield Buzzards TE Chuck Thompsen for a 14-7 led at half. The OFL scored again when OFL special team MVP Sergio Jefferson scored on a punt return for 74 yards. OFL 21-WFL-7. The WFL kicker connected on 2 field goals of 36 & 44 yards, to try to keep it close, but the OFL Defense was just too much for the WFL not allowing them inside their own 50 for the rest of the game. Game MVP went to Klamath Falls player Sergio Jefferson.
