UNIFORM RETURN 8th/9th/JV/Varsity
All cheerleaders will turn in their school issued, clean uniform pieces Thursday, March 18th between 3:00 to 6:00 pm in the upper hallway of the Gym. This is located down from the wrestling room by the cheer closet--there will be signs posted to direct you. (we were unable to secure the wrestling room, as they are still practicing)

Hello Ladies,
On Sunday May 2, 2010 at the BPHS cafe from 1pm-7pm friends and concerned members of the community have planned a benefit dinner for Nick and his family. The Adult donation for the dinner is $10, Children $5. Recently,Nick was diagnosed with AML. His family are long time BP residents. They have 3 children attending our area schools. Nancy, his mother, works in the BPHS cafe.
We have requested the support of numerous BP businesses. We plan a Chinese Auction from contributions and baskets that will be made for the event.
We are hoping each cheer squad can donate items enough to make baskets from each squad. Nancy Zimmer will put the baskets together and deliver to the dinner. Below are the suggested theme for each squad basket.
Varsity-pamper yourself----Nancy Zimmer
JV-Night at the movies---Patti Maloney
9th gr-family night-----Shelly Shaum (to be verified)
8th gr-Coffee or Tea Time---Shelly Petronie
In addition, monetary donations may be made at PNC branch by asking to donate to:Nicholas V. Heisler. PNC has established an account specifically for Nick's medical treatment and care.
Tickets will be available at the BP school district administration office through Dana Walker or any food service committee member.
All BPHS athletic organizations will be receiving a community support notice as well. Let's show how are cheerleaders can rally!

Hello Ladies,
First I want to say a huge thank you to all of you for stepping forward to gather support for the Heisler family!
Second I wanted to outline below how I will be gathering the items for the baskets, who offered to gather items for their squad, and how I plan to get the items.
At the banquet, I will bring a labeled bin to sit next to the reception table to collect all items donated.
I will then take this home to put the baskets together.This will save a step of having different persons making and then getting basket back to me later. I will label each showing the squads they are from & deliver to the dinner.

Freshman-Family Night- Shelly Schaum -Could you email/txt your girls to bring their donations to the banquet and place in bin provided? Or ,if you prefer I can find out who their phone chain mom is.Let me know what works for you.
8th grade-Coffee or Tea Time- Kim Leech and Shelly Petronie offered to gather items. If you both bring whatever you gather and place in bin, I will put the basket together.
