Wolverines Head to Hampton Roads

The Wolverines look to bounce back from two tough losses to the Atlanta Knights when they head north to face division rival Hampton Roads Whalers for two contests this weekend. The Wolverines will still be without the services of Josh Wall (knee), John Burke (knee) and Brennan Hill (knee). Rookie Chip Ellis in back in the lineup after missing the last 9 games with a wrist injury.  The last time these two teams met ended in a win for each team. Coach Smith is looking for a complete team effort out of his players this weekend. “We need to stay out of the penalty box and tighten up in our defensive zone to be successful against a tenacious and speedy team like Hampton Roads.”

They hit the ice at 6:50pm on Saturday and 11:50am on Sunday. You can log onto FastHockey.com on your computer to catch the Wolverines in action.
