The Renssalaer Dragons are recruiting all interested high school age players for the Spring 2010 Capital District Rugby Youth League season.  The Dragons were formed in 2009 and are based out of Rensselaer County, NY.  They play against league rivals, Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady, Kingston, Berkshire and Southern Tier.

PRACTICE - Monday, March 22, 4:30 to 6 pm
UAlbany Field Hockey Turf Field 
Player Packets are required before participating.  Email Coach Sliwinski at cdyrugby@nycap.rr.com before coming to your first practice, if you haven't sent in your packet.
Wear sturdy shirt (such as sweatshirt w/o hood), sweatpants, if cool, sneakers (no cleats).
Bring mouthguard, your own water bottle.
