Loveland Rage SoftballPlaying Fast Pitch Girls Softball since 1996

Loveland Rage Softball: Will have seven teams competing in the 2010 fast-pitch softball season.
Our 10 & Under team has 12 players this year. We have 7 returning players, 2 girls have experience from a previous team and 3 rookies. The girls are looking great! They listen to what the coaches have to say and are willing to learn anything and everything they’re taught. We think they’re going to have a very good, competitive team come this summer. We are all very excited to see what the summer has to bring us! A former Rage player, Amy Roup, will be the team’s coach.
Our 12 & Under team is made up of one returning player. They’ll be a young team with lots of potential. We’re sure the girls softball skills will get stronger with each tournament. We’re anxious to see what they can accomplish this year. They will be coached by Rob Thompson who will be in his 3rd year with Rage Softball.
Our 14U Uhlenbrock team is made of players who are all new Loveland Rage. Many of the players on this team have played together before. They’re skills are sure to grow as they prepare for high school competition. This team will be coached by Brian Uhlenbrock who has coached many years with Rage in the past. A former Rage player, Koa Uhlenbrock, will be the team’s assistant coach.
Our 14U Stilo team is moving up from the 12U level. This team has 9 returning Rage players who played together last year. They are joined by two players new to Rage who will round out the roster nicely. These girls played well at the 12U level, we expect good things from them. Their coach will be Rob Stilo who is in his second year with Rage.
Our 14U Delaney team has a roster full of returning players from last year’s team. They have one past Rage player joining them and a new addition as well. These girls are in their 2nd year at this age group. They should build one their past successes and be a force to be reckoned with at 14U. They will be coached by Jason Delaney who is in his 5th year as a Rage coach.
Our 16 & Under A team is a very experienced and successful group of young ladies. Most of these girls started playing 10U and have been together since, which has been key to their many successes. Ten of the 12 players have played for the Rage only, a loyalty not often seen in competitive softball. The team is comprised of five high school sophomores, five freshman and two eighth graders. They’ve had great success the past few years including the 14A & 14B TC state championship in 2009 and 2008. Ceri Anderson is the head coach of this team; she’s in her 7th year with Rage.
Our 18 & Under A team roster is made of high school players mostly from the Thompson R2 School district with only one returning player. They’re a young 18U team, but have a lot of softball experience under their belts. They’ll be traveling a lot and playing hard as they prepare for the next level of competition. Bryon Rutherford is the head coach and is in this 15th season with Rage.
Good luck and best wishes to all our Loveland Rage teams and coaches! |
