The Rocky Mountain Girls Fastpitch Association encourages the growth of softball programs specifically geared toward female athletes under the age of 18.  The Organization fosters educational opportunities at the college level, provides a charitable platiform for community philanthropy for these youth athletes and creates an educational foundation for community stewardship and increased sportsmanship within competitive and structured youth sports.  The Organization provides an umbrella under which individual teams will have the resources to focus efforts on the development of girls, with an emphasis on producing productive members of the community that are also thriving softball players with enhanced sportsman and ethical values.
