There will be an E Coaching clinic in Picayune on the weekend of March 31/ April1 in Picayune. There will be a D Coaching clinic in Poplarville on the weekends of April 27-29 and May 11-13. This is a 2 weekend course and you can obtain your E license by ending the 1st weekend only.
