For those intertested, here are the rules for the seeding tourney in Cincy. The games will be quick and fast paced. I do not know how many games we will play yet. Winning is not at all important. What's important is showing the league what we have to offer. The purpose of this tourney, is to see which division each team should play in. There is Gold, Silver, and Bronze level for the "A" level. After the tournament, the BTHL will place us in a division, then the schedules can be set.
BTHL SEEDING TOURNEY RULES 

Keep the Games Moving!

1. 2 Minute warm-up.

2. No time outs.

3. Icing will be called.

4. No line changes at whistles except after goals.

5. 25 Minutes running time.

6. Check from behind – expulsion from current game.

7. Three penalties – expulsion from current game.

8. For penalties, player is removed from ice, put in penalty box for entire 2:00 minutes, and replaced with another player. There will be no power plays.

9. Coaches – we recommend equal ice time for the evaluation process.

10. There will be two observers for every game from the competition committee.

11. Double rostered players must play with their lower level/age appropriate team.

Championship tournaments will be held Feb. 11-13 for Bantam / Midget and Feb. 18-20 for Mite / Squirt / Peewee. Please not that you may be required to play games on Friday of each weekend.
