MOJOS FC TOURNAMENT SOCCER ORGANIZATION

The Mojos are a collection of individual adult recreational soccer players, with a wide range of backgrounds, who enjoy combining their love of soccer with travel. While many recreational teams do not participate in soccer tournaments, Mojos FC provides individual adult soccer players the opportunity to join together and experience the fun of playing in a tournament soccer environment regardless of their skill level.

We travel to such places as Las Vegas, Hawaii, Canada, Washington and are continually looking at adding new destinations. Besides traveling to tournaments we also organize a variety of fun social events throughout the year . . . to help keep our 'Mojo' working!

Our Portland women did very well at the 2009 World Masters Games held in Sydney, Australia this past October. They advanced to the final match suffering only one loss in pool play from a local Australian team who they played again in the final. The women played their best and dominated the game, unfortunately, luck was on the side of the home team again giving them a 1-0 win.

A big cheer goes out to the 'Brew Crew' for such a valiant and honorable effort in representing their state and country!! oy! oy! oy!

We have filled two team rosters. Registration is now open for a waiting list. If we get enough numbers on the waiting list for a third team before our deadline we'll register a third team. Otherwise if someone drops off one of the current two rosters we'll offer that opening to the next person in line.

DO NOT book any travel or hotel accomodations unless you have a confirmed position on a roster or you're interested in just traveling with the teams.

MOJOS FC RAISED OVER $11,000 FOR THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY IN 2009

Thank you everyone for a fantastic 2009 Relay For Life. For the second year in a row the MOJOS FC were the top fundraising team at the Oregon City event.

We are now looking forward to the 2010 event which will begin taking shape with an ACS kickoff party Saturday, January 30th, 2010.

The Mojos FC are looking for volunteers to help organize this years event.

This years relay will be held June 26-27, 2010 at Clackamas Community College.

2009 Fund Raising
