When will 12u rules be posted, also the bat diameter for 10u and 12u for Hap Dumont is 2 3/4 because the majority of youth bats -8 to -10+ are 2 1/4 or 2 3/4 where senior league, collegiate, and high school  bats are 2 5/8 and -3 max.
