message for the seniors

Seniors,
Do not take one single play off your entire season. I cannot stress how important it is to go hard on every play during a game and get what needs to be done during practice. Every memory I have of not doing either of those things has haunted me. I always think about what i could have done better and what i should have done. Do not make that mistake, please. I want you all to finish your season off with not a single regret! Now go whoop some ass fellas
