UAF Recruits for Womens' D2 Hockey Team

The Alaska Nanooks Women's Hockey team is about to begin it's first season.  The University of Alaska Fairbanks Women's Hockey Club has been officially recognized by the University.  Working with Alaska Girls' and Womens' Hockey, Inc., sponsoring organization of Arctic Bears girls' high school hockey team in Fairbanks, UAF students are now working to recruit players for a team to compete at the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACAH) Division 2 level.

Details:  The Alaska Nanooks Women's Hockey Club is looking for interested female hockey players that will be attending UAF this fall.  According to ACHA policies a Division 2 player does not need to be considered a degree-seeking student but must enroll in a minimum of six credit hours of classes at UAF.  If you are interested in playing hockey at the college level, please let us know today!!!
