Althoff Tops East 6-4

Althoff topped Belleville East 6-4 in a hard fought game. Brice Baricevic rallied the Crusaders from a 1-0 deficit late in the 1st period by scoring two goals 34 seconds apart with assists from Anthony Delaney and Eric Davis. After East tied the game early in the 2nd period Andrew Greene scored on a shot that deflected off an East defender, assisted by Davis and Hunter Sieron. A power play goal by Josh Hasamear late in the 2nd period made it 4-2. Hasamear added two more goals in the 3rd period, both assisted by Robert Hintz to seal the victory. Althoff outshot the Lancers 47-15.
