Lady 'Stangs Tie Holy Cross
The Lady 'Stangs junior varsity soccer tema had many opportunities to score Monday but the game ended in a 0-0 tie. The Lady 'Stangs got severla shots on goal and dominated the Lady Indians but failed to get a score. |
Lady 'Stangs 3-1 At SON Tourney
The JV Lady Stangs gave up a goal 27 seconds into the first game of the tournament in Oldham County. After that they settled down to completely dominate their competition. They lost that first game 1-0, then reeled off solid wins against DuPont Manual (1-0), South Oldham (2-0) avenging a loss at Bluegrass and North Oldham (2-0). Coach Erskine pointed out "They played with a tremendous amount of heart." |
