Christian F. Recht Field

Recht Field, the home of Boulder Panther soccer, is located on the campus of Boulder High School.   The stadium is accessed by a bridge spanning Boulder Creek just south of the school.

Home to Boulder High athletics for more than a half century, the field was originally constructed during the Great Depression with materials donated and labor volunteered by the
Boulder Elks Lodge.  On October 1, 1965, B.P.O.E. #566 Stadium was renamed Christian F. Recht Field to honor Mr. Recht's years of dedicated service to Boulder High as both a teacher and administrator.

Today, the field sports a modern artificial turf surface that reduces water consumption and allows for year-round use.

Boulder High School and Recht Field are located at 1604 Arapahoe Avenue in Boulder.  For directions and a map, click here.
