Many Spartans have had an opportunity to play football at the college level.  A few have played at the professional level.  The Spartan Football Program has a tradition of fielding fine football teams and quality players.  Whether they continue to play football during their college years or focus on other endeavors, they are better prepared having been part of the Boardman Spartan Football Tradition.
