Do you need a new helmet? The new Pro7 from Cascade is the only helmet in lacrosse with the Seven Technology liner system. The system laterally displaces energy from a direct impact, reducing concussions. Helmet is one size and its shell is white with an orange visor and chin. If interested in ordering a helmet please contact Lisa Davis at lisakdavis@comcast.net. I would like to place the order by Wednesday December 3rd.

The BPHS lacrosse clothing sale is here! Orders are due November 25th. Delivery will be in time for Christmas gifts. A form can be obtained by clicking onto the lax clothing sale tab above.

Attention all boys interested in playing lacrosse- 9th -12th grade:
Off-season conditioning and weight lifting for high school lacrosse will take place from now until March. New players are welcome! If you play a fall sport we encourage you to join us when you are available. If you are not in a fall sport you are expected to attend both conditioning and weight lifting sessions. Attendance is taken.
Any player not dressed and ready to go for practice/ weight room at the designated start time will be asked to leave and will be marked absent.
Off season workouts will be held at the stadium.
Tuesdays 8:30-10:00
Wednesdays 7:00-9:00
Thursdays 8:30-10:00
Weight lifting sessions are Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30-8:00 at BPHS.
Starting January 4th, conditioning will be in the IMS gym Mondays and Thursdays from 8-10pm.
