The Wolverines look to rebound from two tough losses this past weekend to the East Coast Eagles. With a depleted bench, this will be a difficult task against a strong Hampton Roads Whalers team. The Wolverines played their second game against the Eagles with six players out of the lineup, including four due to injury. Although they put up a valiant effort, the short bench took its toll as the game progressed. The weekend did have some bright spots, including the play of Casey Barnes and Marten Jackson. Both defenders put up a lot of minutes and were solid at both ends of the rink.  Players injured include Johnny Burke (knee), Chip Ellis (wrist), Josh Wall (Knee), and Matt Lee(ankle). The Wolverines will take to the ice Saturday @ 8pm and Sunday @ 10:30am, both against the Hampton Roads Whalers. Tickets are $5 per adult and kids are just $2 if they have on a wolverine or CYHA jersey. Come support your Wolverines and enjoy some action packed hockey!
