Dec.16 Article latinbasket.com Chico Rage Head Coach Pascual Padilla to coach in 2012 CIBACOPA Preseason tournament February 24-26 in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. The CIBACOPA league is a Professional league in Mexico. The tournament consists of a combine and draft on Friday followed by tournament play on Saturday and Sunday. Representatives from all 12 CIBACOPA teams will be there looking to sign import players and coaches for the upcoming season. Each team is allowed three import players for the regular season. Only 60 qualified players are invited. The selection process for players and coaches are based on profiles and experience. The CIBACOPA league runs four months long , from March to June. Chico Rage Basketball is currently in its fourth season. The program trains and develops players from youth to Professional .
